All incoming SMS messages are free! Incoming messages with photos or other media attached (MMS) cost 1 credit each.

SMS is limited to 160 characters and costs 1 credit each. With our extended messaging feature, you can send messages up to 306 characters. Each extended message costs 2 credits. MMS allows up to 1,600 characters, costs 3 credits each.

Nevertheless, due to the notably high response rate to text messages, it’s reasonable to infer that the vast majority are successfully delivered.

If you view the list your campaign was sent to, you’ll be able to see the numbers that have been marked as invalid. This means we got a response back from the carrier that we are unable to deliver a text to this number.
